To achieve the above, we have developed and implement an Integrated Quality Organization System, providing all the necessary resources for the implementation and effectiveness of this System, for our customers’ benefit.

ORTHOSTATICAL puts quality above its benefits: Quality is the goal of the company, a principle deeply rooted in the conscience of the personnel, the associates and the Management. 

The quality policy of ORTHOSTATICAL is channel and spread across the personnel of the company via directives adopted by the Company Management, as well as meetings, held between the Management and the personnel, in which the existing policy is being explained in details and improvement suggestions are being sought.

Having as our ultimate goal our customers’ maximum satisfaction, our company implements a series of processes that involve:

  • Customer-driven culture: 
    Continuous monitoring of the satisfaction of their claims level. Our immediate response to our customers’ indications and complaints. 
  • Data analysis: 
    Divergences and direct actions to eliminate the causes that created them.

    Implementation and improvement of the Quality Management System.
