Limitation of liability
The codes used for your identification are two: the Login Code (username) and the Personal Secret Security Code (password), which provide you with a completely secure access to your personal data every time you enter them. You are given the option to change your password as often as you wish. The only person with access in your data is you through the above codes and you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy and hide them from third parties. In the event of their loss or leak you should immediately notify us, otherwise the Orthostatical – Michailidou Ath. & Co GP e-shop is not responsible for the use of your password by an unauthorized person. We recommend for security reasons, that you change your password regularly and avoid using the same and easily detectable codes (e.g. date of birth).
Confidentiality of the Transactions
Our Company considers the Confidentiality of the Transactions as obvious because this is what happens in standard transactions, through our physical shop. All information transmitted by the user/member to Orthostatical – Michailidou Ath. & Co GP are confidential and Orthostatical – Michailidou Ath. & Co GP has taken all necessary measures to use them only in the extent needed in the context of services. Orthostatical – Michailidou Ath. & Co GP does not reveal the customers’ data and the details of their transactions, unless there is a customers’ written or this is imposed by a court or any other public authority decision. Orthostatical – Michailidou Ath. & Co GP provides for the confidentiality in the event of using third parties for the support of its systems. You have the right to request any information kept for you as well as its correction if you are able to document the existence of a mistake.
For the sake of your security, you should also be very careful and therefore handle all information provided through the service as secret and confidential. Do not reveal it to third parties.

Orthostatical – Michailidou Ath. & Co GP follows the terms and principles on the protection of individuals with regard to processing of personal data of the Ν. 2472/1997, which applies today. The information is collected by www.smartchair.gr under the beneficiary’s consent, knowledge and explicit approval, to be filed and processed by Orthostatical – Michailidou Ath. & Co GP for the needs of the relevant requested services. Orthostatical – Michailidou Ath. & Co GP is bound to use the personal data only for the purpose that the customer/user of the site has state them and for no other purpose.
